Keyword Research Services – Follow My Test Of The Instacash Keyword Service

By Byrd, March 10, 2010 6:13 pm

Chances are you struggle (like I do) with finding good keywords. Finding keywords isn’t actually the problem. I have a problem finding good ones.

I always believed that Google’s keyword tool gave highly accurate results. After all, they should be giving out accurate info. Well, that’s not always the case.

What you see (the data) is not what you get. But it will have been spot on at some time. I discovered the answer almost by pure chance.

I targeted a keyword that ’said’ it had about 5000 competing web pages. I was pretty confident I could get a result from that. I started banging articles out left right and centre. Hundreds in fact.

It didn’t take long to notice there were now over 9000 competing sites. I was downhearted at this new revelation. Maybe it was going to be far more difficult than I imagined. I was relieved to see that an awful lot of these competitors were showing my articles.

My point being is that I’d have swerved this keyword if I had seen nine thousand competitors. An awful lot of these new sites were showing my article, thus I was my own competitor. A good result all round in my opinion.

I decided now to try a keyword research service as I couldn’t keep relying on luck. I was looking to get some decent keywords delivered on a daily basis. I did a few calculations and came to the conclusion that research services, though not cheap, were value for my dollar.

There were a few to choose from but I went with Travis Sago and his Instacash service. Travis is the original bum marketer. Bum marketing only costs my time so it’s my kind of marketing.

I figure if one good keyword comes each day that should save me an hour or two’s work. If I can save two hours work each day that’s something I’ll grab with both hands. Put that couples hours saved against the daily cost and it adds up to value.

Outsourcing, outsourcing, outsourcing. Seems to be all you hear from the gurus of internet marketing. I reckon there’s not much difference here. I’m simply outsourcing the job to a keyword research service.

If you want to know how I got on with the keyword research service head on over to my website and see for yourself how it turned out. I mentioned earlier about getting thousands of articles published for a good keyword. I’ll also tell you how I did that at my site.

Keyword Research Services – A Godsend Or A Rip Off?

By Byrd, March 10, 2010 6:13 pm

Chances are you struggle (like I do) with finding good keywords. Finding keywords isn’t actually the problem. Most of what I find are just not good enough.

I always believed that Google’s keyword tool gave highly accurate results. Why wouldn’t I? Big company like that shouldn’t be giving false figures. Turns out they do and they don’t.

What you see (the data) is not what you get. However it would have been when they collated it. The answer to this particular enigma came to me almost accidentally.

I went for a key phrase with around 5,000 pages competing against it. I was pretty sure I could get a good result with that keyword. I started churning out articles by the bucket load.

Not long after I saw that there were now almost nine thousand competing sites. I could hardly believe that. Had there been some mistake? I was relieved to see that an awful lot of these competitors were showing my articles.

I would have definitely avoided this key phrase had I saw 9000 competing web pages. As a lot of them were mine (or had my article on) I was competing against my self most of the time. A win win situation if you ask me.

I got lucky on that keyword but I suspected I may not get lucky again so I made the decision to try out a keyword research service. Getting a daily list of quality keywords sent is something that appeals to me. I calculated the cost of these services and concluded that they were value for money.

There were a few to choose from but I went with Travis Sago and his Instacash service. After all, he’s the king of the bum marketers. Bum marketing is something I really like.

It takes me an hour or two to come up with a couple of decent keywords. Getting them delivered is a huge help. When all I have is time then two hours saved can be huge to me. Put that couples hours saved against the daily cost and it adds up to value.

I get a lot of emails from gurus banging on about outsourcing. And what I’m trying here is simply that. I’m giving my keyword research to someone else to do. That’s outsourcing.

If you’re interested in how the trial of the Instacash service went then head on over to my web site. I said earlier about how I got loads of articles published for my chosen keyword. I’ll let you into that little secret on my site.

Keyword Research Services – Great Idea Or Non Starter?

By Byrd, March 10, 2010 6:10 pm

Are you like me and struggle with keyword research? I can find lots of them. The problem is though that most are next to useless, or at least seem to be.

When I used Google’s keyword tool I trusted the results 100%. I mean, they wouldn’t be telling fibs about their data, would they? Well, that’s not always the case.

The data returned isn’t accurate. But it will have been spot on at some time. The answer to this particular enigma came to me almost accidentally.

I homed in on a key phrase with roughly 5000 competing websites. I was pretty sure I could get a good result with that keyword. I started banging articles out left right and centre. Hundreds in fact.

It didn’t take long to notice there were now over 9000 competing sites. I could hardly believe that. Had there been some mistake? Turned out though that an awful lot of the extra competing pages had my articles on them!

My point being is that I’d have swerved this keyword if I had seen nine thousand competitors. As a lot of them were mine (or had my article on) I was competing against my self most of the time. A nice situation to be in!

I knew I wasn’t going to get lucky all the time so I decided to try a keyword research service. I liked the idea of good keywords being delivered to me every day. Balancing cost against time taken (by me) seemed to prove it could be a valuable asset.

I chose to give Travis Sago’s Instacash keyword research service a go. Travis being numero uno in the bum marketing world. Bum marketing only costs my time so it’s my kind of marketing.

If I can get a keyword or two in my in box each day then that saves me valuable time. At least a two hour saving. An hour or two of my time is highly valuable to me when all I have is time. If I contrast a couple hours of my time against the cost each day it has to be value.

Outsourcing, outsourcing, outsourcing. Seems to be all you hear from the gurus of internet marketing. I reckon there’s not much difference here. I’m paying someone else to research my keywords. I reckon that’s outsourcing.

You can find out just how the trial went over at my site. Earlier I mentioned that I ended up with thousands of articles on websites for a certain keyword. I’ll show you how I did that at my site.

Do you struggle with keyword research? I know I do. I can find keywords all day long. Most of what I find are useless though.

I always believed that Google’s keyword tool gave highly accurate results. A big company like that wouldn’t give false results, would they? Well, that’s not always the case.

Any data you get isn’t accurate. At the time it was put together it will have been perfectly correct. I stumbled across the solution to this particular conundrum.

I targeted a keyword that ’said’ it had about 5000 competing web pages. I was pretty sure I could get a good result with that keyword. I started churning out articles by the bucket load.

It didn’t take long to notice there were now over 9000 competing sites. I could hardly believe that. Had there been some mistake? It turned out that my articles were showing on these sites and ranking for the keyword.

The point I’m trying to get across is that had I looked at the keyword with 9000 competitors, I would have left it alone. As a lot of them were mine (or had my article on) I was competing against my self most of the time. A win win situation if you ask me.

Anyway, I decided to give a keyword research service a try as I couldn’t count on getting lucky every time. My hope was to get some ‘killer’ keywords delivered by email every day. I calculated the cost of these services and concluded that they were value for money.

There were a few to choose from but I went with Travis Sago and his Instacash service. Travis being at the top of the bum marketing pile. Bum (article) marketing is something I enjoy as it’s almost free.

If I can get a keyword or two in my in box each day then that saves me valuable time. At least a two hour saving. An hour or two of my time is highly valuable to me when all I have is time. If I weigh the cost each day against my two hours work it clearly becomes value for money.

I get a lot of emails from gurus banging on about outsourcing. I see this as an outsourcing project. I’m outsourcing my keyword research to a professional service.

Choosing Efficient Keywords For Your Online Business

By Byrd, March 6, 2010 9:09 pm

Keywords are the words describing the content of your website. Why are they important?Keyword selection is a vital part of the overall search engine optimization process. Often, keyword competitiveness is judged upon whether the words are searched for more or less.  For the beginning, most seo agencies suggest to target less popular keywords and phrases.

It is proved that specific key terms which are straightly related to your business can better target your potential clients. Hence, how to define what keywords to use?

First of all, try to think like a searcher and make a list of words you would use to find your company through the search engine. Remember that choosing a single word search term you will have a lot more competition on your way to the search engine top than phrases.

Once you have finished with the list of primary keywords, it is time to use a keyword tool to make the analysis. You will get an idea of how many visitors have been typing this or that specific word in the search engine. Also, it can help to determine words with high traffic and low competition.

Then, using your keyword list mix and combine them to form new ones. This procedure will increase the efficiency of your search terms and the number of searchers to the website.

It has been proved that each page on your website must be optimized at least for one key phrase to get more targeted results.

And finally, feel free to put your company’s name and location as keywords and key phrases.

The strategy is simple but you need to put in some time and effort to be competitive and successful. If you would like to take your website to the upper level, contact a credited accredited seo company

Using External Linking To Promote Your Website

By Byrd, February 24, 2010 9:16 am

What are External Links -  External links are navigational tools which redirect traffic from one website to another. They are hyperlinks developed with the aim to direct and redirect traffic from some sections of the website to another. They may also be used to direct traffic from an external source such as third party websites. Links are very useful for search engine optimization. External links may also be used by a writer posting articles in various websites to connect their work.

Purposes of External Links – These are important aspects of online and website marketing and promotion. They serve to furnish websites with increased visitors. An online surfer seeking for information may use search engines to identify related content online. External links are used by web crawlers to map out and register new information for search engines identification. Other ways of using external links is through article linking. This process may help writers link up their postings in various websites.

Providing Quality Content -  Not all contents are useful to internet users. Some are packed with important information which has value to website users. The better and more informative an article is, the more likely that other publishers or online content providers may want to link up with the article. So it is always very important to elevate the quality of the content in the first place.

Ways to Place your External Links – All external links have one purpose. They drive needed traffic to one’s website. One method which is often used is through article marketing. Once the article captures the interest of the reader, chances are very high such reader may click on the link to the rest of the article.

Advertising and Marketing – There is no doubt that Search Engines today play a key role in product sales and marketing through the internet. Keyword optimization could help in linking content from different sources. This method may help to link specific sections of the website to other websites with pertinent information. The best way to achieve such objective is through search engine optimization incorporating careful keyword research and selection.

Search Engine Ranking – A publisher may also benefit from using external links to boost their ranking in search engines. The often preferred technique to attain this goal is through search engine optimization. Several keywords are more search engine friendly. Linking articles to search engine friendly key words and phrases would undoubtedly increase web traffic to such websites in the long run.

Back-Link Builder – Now that you have understood the significance and importance of external links, the next step is to know how to build external links. The good news for you is that some computer software programs such as Back Link Builder can be used to identify specific websites which have similar content to those in your website. Many website operators are interested in linking informative content and articles on other websites as well. So they may welcome your links and would be glad to exchange links with you as well.
